FAQ's

PRIVACY AND SAFETY?

We leave that up to you. When you create your collection you decide whether friends put in the same amount or choose what to give. It’s flexible because everyone’s situation is different :)

We’re two Sydney mums with 7 school children between us. We understand the privacy issues! We don’t share your pictures or your emails.

No worries, you can add the ones that you do know (this way we can send polite reminders if they forget) and we will also send you a link to the collection that you share via text or social media with everyone else.

DOES EVERYONE HAVE TO GIVE THE SAME AMOUNT?

ARE TRANSACTIONS SECURE?

We don’t store credit card details. Transactions are encrypted to the highest level. Credit cards are processed by SecurePay and bank transfers by Poli, both owned by Australia Post.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE EVERYONE'S EMAIL ADDRESS?
